Five stars, four years in a row! BMO recognized for commitment to Hispanic inclusion
For the fourth consecutive year, BMO has earned five stars – the highest rating – in the category of employment on the Hispanic Association on Corporate Responsibility’s (HACR) Corporate Inclusion Index™ (CII).
The HACR CII is an annual corporate accountability survey that assesses companies’ Hispanic inclusion efforts in the areas of employment, procurement, philanthropy, and governance. The index highlights diversity and inclusion best practices and identifies opportunities for improvement.
The five-star rating is testament to BMO’s continuing efforts to create opportunity and advancement for Hispanic and Latino employees with recruitment and talent programs and other inclusion practices in alignment with our Zero Barriers to Inclusion strategy.
“We are proud of our five-star rating from HACR. As a purpose-driven company, BMO is committed to cultivating a culture of inclusion where everyone feels valued and engaged in meaningful work. By taking steps to create equitable access and opportunities for Hispanic talent at BMO, we are growing the representation on our team to connect with customers and communities in dynamic markets.”
