Celebrating the vision, tenacity and resilience of Latino-owned businesses through the 2025 Latino Leaders Index500, Powered by BMO
Latino entrepreneurs and business owners are a vital force in the United States economy, creating jobs, generating significant revenue and fostering an inclusive marketplace that benefits everyone.
BMO is proud to partner once again with Latino Leaders Magazine to release the 2025 Latino Leaders Index500. Now in its third year, this comprehensive ranking features the 500 largest Latino-owned businesses in the U.S. by revenue, highlighting the economic impact and influence of Latino entrepreneurs nationwide. After expanding from 200 to 500 companies in 2024, the Index has become a benchmark for recognizing the success of Latino-led enterprises across various industries including media, construction, retail, food and technology.
This year’s list features businesses headquartered across the U.S., with particularly strong representation in California, Texas and Florida. The 500 ranked companies generated a combined revenue of $149 billion in 2024, with the top 10 generating 42% of the total revenue.
Carvana, an auto retail company headquartered in Phoenix, regained the top spot on the list by increasing its revenue 27% compared to the previous year. Joining them at the top of the list are two Miami-based companies, engineering construction company MasTec and advertising, marketing and media company TelevisaUnivision, as well as Jersey City-based food and beverage company Goya, which are all making significant strides in their respective industries.
Despite their growing influence, Latino business owners continue to face challenges, from accessing capital to securing the resources and networks necessary for growth. BMO is helping address these barriers by ensuring inclusive access to the tools, opportunities and financial resources businesses and households need to make real financial progress.
BMO and Latino Leaders Magazine will co-host a series of events in key markets, starting with Los Angeles and including Dallas, San Francisco, New York, Chicago and Miami, throughout the year. These events will feature keynote speeches, panel discussions, networking opportunities and recognition of the local Latino businesses featured on this year’s list.
In addition to the list, the Index500 edition of the magazine also includes exclusive interviews with industry leaders, insights from BMO executives, and spotlights of 10 outstanding BMO team members who are breaking barriers and driving change in their local communities.
