Celebrating diverse leadership with Chicago United

November 27, 2023 | Recognition

Earlier this month, BMO was proud to be the presenting sponsor of the 55th annual Bridge Awards Celebration hosted by Chicago United to honor the city’s diverse business community and its champions. At the ceremony, the 2023 Business Leaders of Color were announced, including the newest inductee, Kimberley Goode, our Chief Communications and Social Impact Officer. This recognition not only highlights her passion for advancing diversity and inclusion, but also BMO’s commitment to promoting these values within our organization.

Since 2007, BMO has supported Chicago United’s mission to foster inclusive and diverse leadership and has had 18 BMO executives appear on the organization’s Business Leaders of Color list, which celebrates its 20th anniversary this year.
