Celebrating diverse leadership with Chicago United
Earlier this month, BMO was proud to be the presenting sponsor of the 55th annual Bridge Awards Celebration hosted by Chicago United to honor the city’s diverse business community and its champions. At the ceremony, the 2023 Business Leaders of Color were announced, including the newest inductee, Kimberley Goode, our Chief Communications and Social Impact Officer. This recognition not only highlights her passion for advancing diversity and inclusion, but also BMO’s commitment to promoting these values within our organization.
Since 2007, BMO has supported Chicago United’s mission to foster inclusive and diverse leadership and has had 18 BMO executives appear on the organization’s Business Leaders of Color list, which celebrates its 20th anniversary this year.
“At BMO, we are guided by our Purpose, to Boldly Grow the Good in business and life. This includes working to build a society with zero barriers to inclusion. This is why we believe in Chicago United’s vision to create a city with the most inclusive business ecosystem in the nation. We’re proud to be the Presenting Sponsor for this milestone celebration and anniversary of Chicago United and its Business Leaders of Color, as we honor their successes and work together to elevate equity for our local business community.”
