BMO named 2024 VETS Indexes 4 Star Employer
BMO is proud to announce that we’ve earned the designation of VETS Indexes 4 Star Employer for 2024. The award recognizes BMO’s commitment to recruiting, developing, and supporting Veterans and the military-connected community.
The VETS Indexes survey and recognition program analyzes employers’ policies, practices, and outcomes across five categories: Veteran job candidate recruiting and hiring, Veteran employee development and retention, Veteran-inclusive policies and culture, support for members of the National Guard and Reserves, and military spouse/family support.
“I am proud to work for an organization that values the unique skills that Veterans possess and appreciates their significant contributions to our country. This recognition demonstrates how BMO is making a Purpose-driven impact – by building an inclusive workplace where everyone can thrive.”
– Juanita Hardin
Head, Treasury & Payment Solutions Risk and Compliance, and global chair of the BMO Veterans Advisory Council Employee Resource Group
“BMO’s extraordinary efforts to hire, retain, and support Veterans and the military-connected community have earned the organization one of our highest awards. Competition for the VETS Indexes Employer Awards was tougher than ever in 2024, as a record number of organizations participated. Even with hundreds of employers in the running, BMO’s program stood out from the rest.”
– George Altman
President, VETS Indexes
