United Way Recognizes BMO As Top Corporate Partner for 2021

For the eighth consecutive year, BMO Harris Bank was recognized as the #1 Corporate Partner by United Way of Metro Chicago at the 2021 Campaign Heroes Celebration. This year, with the support of BMO employees during their annual giving campaign, the United Way of Metro Chicago raised more than $67 million to help build equity in neighborhoods throughout Chicago.

This funding helped Chicago neighborhoods push through the pandemic by providing food and housing for families, financial assistance for bills, broadband Internet for students, and critical health services like COVID-19 testing resources. 

“Thank you to my colleagues for your support for the United Way of Metro Chicago, especially during a year that was incredibly difficult for many Chicagoans,” said Dave Casper, U.S. Chief Executive Officer, BMO Financial Group, and United Way of Metro Chicago Board Member.  “This recognition highlights the impact we can have when we come together to make a difference in the lives of those who are most vulnerable.”
