Chicago Innovation Awards recognizes BMO for WMN•FINtech program

Chicago Innovation, an organization that operates a year-round series of activities aimed at celebrating innovators in the Chicago region, awarded BMO’s WMN•FINtech program with 1871, a three month startup accelerator focused on women-founded fintechs, with the People’s Choice Award during its 19th annual Chicago Innovation Awards.

This event virtually shone a light on the creative spirit of Chicago by focusing attention on the most innovative new products and services introduced in the region. The winners each year are innovations that uniquely fill unmet needs, spark a competitive response in the marketplace, exceed market expectations, achieve financial success and improve people’s lives.
