Financial education for Indigenous communities with BMO SmartProgress
As a part of BMO’s commitment to Zero Barriers to Inclusion, driving economic empowerment in underrepresented communities is a huge priority. That’s why BMO SmartProgressTM has expanded to include a new website with a curated playlist of learning modules for First Nations, Inuit and Métis communities in Canada, intended to help those who identify as Indigenous make real financial progress.
Similar to previous versions, the new BMO SmartProgressTM for members of Indigenous communities features relevant financial education modules where users can learn at their own pace. Topics range from budgeting and credit management to homeownership and business banking essentials, with more modules to be added over time.
