Bold Conversations: One Year Later – What has Happened Since George Floyd
As part of our continued focus on addressing the diversity, equity and inclusion of People of Color, specifically African American and Hispanic/Latino, BMO Harris Bank was proud to recently hold the third of the quarterly event series, Bold Conversations. This event, One Year Later: What has Happened Since George Floyd, was the boldest conversation yet.
This intimate conversation between BMO’s Dave Casper, U.S. Chief Executive Officer, Tracie Morris, U.S. Chief Human Resources and Inclusion Officer, and Darrel Hackett, President of U.S. Wealth Management provides an opportunity to reflect on the progress that we have made over the past year and recognize the work that remains. Through honest and boundary pushing dialogue, the conversation held BMO accountable to the bold promises made following the murder of George Floyd while also discussing what our leadership team has learned along the way.
Closing remarks and reflections by BMO Financial Group’s Darryl White, Chief Executive Officer, rounded out this impactful event.
