At BMO, our commitment to diversity and inclusion supporting our communities are both important parts of our Purpose.  Leaders who reflect our diverse communities and customers, and are not only driving BMO’s growth but also giving back and leading in the community embody that Purpose, so when they’re celebrated in the public sphere, it’s cause for celebration for all of us.

Leslie J. Anderson, Senior Vice President and Global Head of Enterprise Technology and Employee Experience, is one such BMO leader.  Earlier this month, Savoy Magazine recognized Leslie on their 2020 “Most Influential Black Executives in Corporate America” list.

This list showcases African American men and women who have been recognized for their executive business leadership in national and global corporations, and is based upon these individuals’ exemplary record of accomplishments and influence both in their business careers and in their efforts to better their community and inspire others.

“Leslie has not only done outstanding work within the bank but out in the community as well,” said Tracie Morris, BMO’s U.S. Chief Human Resources Officer. “We are proud of her accomplishments and how she continues to embody our Purpose, to Boldly Grow the Good in business and in life.”

Leslie serves on the executive board and various committees of the Chicago Entrepreneurial Center/1871, OneGoal Chicago, After School Matters, the YWCA and Chicago State University Foundation. Leslie is also an active member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., a public service organization.
